Yoga and Massage
At Iogis Bach we help parents and their little ones by teaching them skills to slow down, relax and notice those little moments that make us feel good. All of our classes and courses place equal emphasis on you as the parent as well as your baby. We practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help you reset and unwind mentally, physically and spiritually. Classes, courses and workshops are held in Anglesey and Gwynedd.
Baby Yoga
A 5 week series of sessions suitable from 12+ weeks which supports your little ones developmental milestones with yoga. These sessions involve fun and playful interactions for you and your baby. A gentle introduction to postnatal yoga and a great way to find a deeper level of self-care.
Prenatal Yoga & Relaxation
Whilst there are movements to gently stretch, soothe and strengthen tired muscles. There’s also an emphasis on rest and deep breathing in our pregnancy and relaxation yoga sessions.
Baby Massage
A 5 week course which is suitable from 4+ weeks to help strengthen your connection and bonding with your baby. The tools and techniques taught will aid sleep, digestion, teething and relaxation. This is a small, friendly and nurturing group that includes everything you need to massage your baby.
Postnatal Yoga
The focus on these classes are to create a nurtuting space for women to restore energetically, gain a sense of belonging and recover from pregnancy, birth and day to day mothering.
Toddler Yoga
Toddler yoga is great for your little one's development. Creating a calm environment to have an enjoyable and fun time with your child. An introduction to mindfulness & yoga in a fun and playful way.
Children's Yoga
Children's yoga and mindfulness sessions are available as sessions in the community or after school clubs. Yoga poses, mindfulness games and relaxation.
