On each course, there is a small welcoming group of mamas. The sessions are tailored to your personal needs. Providing you with precious moments to slow down, be fully present, and connect with your body, baby and of course other mamas. In this safe and welcoming space, you'll find solace, support, and a genuine sense of community. Here are some of the key benefits you can expect from our pregnancy yoga classes: 🌸 Movement and Relaxation 🌸 Time to Slow Down 🌸 Connect with Other Mamas 🌸 Stress Relief and Relaxation 🌸 Preparation for Labour and Birth Located at BRAF, Dinas Dinlle, just outside Caernarfon. Includes yoga mats and cushions to make sure you are comfortable. A chance to socialise, share and connect with other mums and Leri over a drink in the cafe after the session. Invitation to Whatsapp support group. Suitable from the second trimester.
